We started QC Muffin Maker because people we love had to give up gluten and dairy, but still craved a warm muffin that actually tasted like a treat. After lots of recipe testing, we've landed on organic, plant-based ingredients that made our own family say, “Wait… this is gluten-free?” Now we bake those same small-batch muffins for other families in the Quad Cities who want breakfast they can finally enjoy again.
